Yes, it can back up your whole home or nominated circuits during outages.
Do I need solar to install a Powerwall?
No, but it pays back faster with solar. Without solar it can still shift your usage off peak rates, though the savings are smaller.
Is there a rebate on a Powerwall?
Yes. The federal Cheaper Home Batteries program discounts batteries per usable kWh, and we apply it at the point of sale.
Are you certified to install Tesla batteries?
Yes. Protec is a Tesla Powerwall certified installer, an SAA accredited installer (S9400994) and a Registered Electrical Contractor (REC 23984).
